BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Exit 165 on Highway 58 is currently closed due to high winds, according to the California Highway Patrol traffic incident page.
CHP closed the exit at 4:45 p.m. Tuesday afternoon, but it is unclear when conditions will allow it to reopen.
