BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Today Cleaners donated $1,000 to the Bakersfield Animal Care Center on Wednesday.
Bakersfield Mayor Karen Goh, Executive Director with the Animal Care Center, Julie Johnson and Jeff Newman with Today Cleaners discussed the success of this year’s Clear The Shelters adoption drive.
Johnson said 146 pets were adopted in light of this year’s virtual event.
