Road work that would have closed the Truxtun Avenue on-ramp to the Westside Parkway this week has been pushed back to next week.
Officials said the work will instead begin on Monday night, June 18 and will continue through nighttime hours on Thursday, June 21. The closures are needed to remove equipment used in the Centennial Corridor project.
The closure to the westbound on-ramp at Truxtun Avenue will be closed between 7 p.m. and 5 a.m. each day as crews work. Officials said the on-ramp will re-open in time for morning commutes.
Motorists can access the westbound Westside Parkway by using the Mohawk Street on-ramp.
