Two men busted after a pursuit that ended with a vehicle hitting a GET bus last month have both taken plea deals.

Daniel Perez, 20, and Jesus Perez, 18, pleaded no contest to committing a public offense of behalf of a criminal gang on Wednesday.

Four passengers ran from the vehicle and discarded a loaded firearm.

Officers arrested both Daniel and Jesus Perez along with two juveniles.

In exchange for their pleas, four other counts were dismissed against Daniel and Jesus. Sentencing for both is scheduled next month.
