Magnitude 4.3 quake shakes Southern California

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A magnitude 4.3 earthquake shook Southern California Friday night.

The earthquake struck just before 8 p.m. about a mile east southeast of Carson, according to data from the U.S. Geological Survey.

People provided reports to the USGS saying the quake was felt in the San Fernando Valley, San Dimas, East Los Angeles and in Orange County.
