A ShotSpotter activation led police to a man suffering from a gunshot wound in Central Bakersfield Saturday evening.
Bakersfield police responded to a ShotSpotter detection in the 1100 block of L Street and found a man suffering from a single gunshot wound.
The man was taken to a hospital with moderate injuries.
Officers say they searched the area and located evidence related to the shooting.
