Radiothon raising funds for Lauren Small Children’s Center at Memorial Hospital

Spanish Radio Group is celebrating 12 years as the official Radiothon host as the annual event is in full swing once again at Three-Way Chevrolet at the Bakersfield Auto Mall.

The Radiothon benefits Bakersfield Memorial Hospital’s Lauren Small Children’s Center, Kern County’s only Children’s Miracle Network hospital.

They’ll finish broadcasting Thursday evening at 7 p.m. but then head over to Tip a Chip at Agave Grill and Cantina at Oak Street and Oak Place.

CHP officers will be serving to raise tips for the center until 9 p.m. On Friday, Radiothon is back at Three-Way Chevrolet all day from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Back in 2016, the event raised more than $75,000 for the Lauren Small Children’s Center.

If you can’t make it out to any of the events, you can donate online at Support Bakersfield dot org or at Miracle Maker dot org.
