Interim Tehachapi mayor Susan Wiggins is inviting the public out for a free cup of coffee and a chat Thursday morning.
The Coffee with the Mayor and City Manager event is scheduled to begin at 7:30 a.m. at The Coffee Mill on S. Mill Street.
In addition to Wiggins, the public will have the opportunity to meet with City Manager Greg Garrett and other city officials.
The monthly gathering is held every third Thursday, and was started by late Tehachapi mayor Ed Grimes, who died in May.
