MONTEZUMA – Division of Criminal Investigation officials are holding a press conference on the Mollie Tibbetts case on Tuesday.
According to DCI officials, the press conference will be at the Poweshiek County sheriff’s office at 4 p.m. after a body was found in rural Poweshiek County earlier Tuesday morning. Investigators are working to confirm the body’s identity.
Mollie Tibbetts is the 20-year-old woman who went missing from Brooklyn on July 18. She went running around 7:30 p.m. from her boyfriend’s home. Police have been vague with reporters about Mollie’s timeline.
