Police searching for missing special needs teen

Bakersfield police are asking for help finding a missing special-needs teen.

Police are looking for 18-year-old William Harris.

He was last seen on Oct. 24 near White Lane and Wible Road before 10 p.m.

His mother reached out to 17 News saying, Harris is autistic and at-risk.

Harris is described as standing 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighs 144 pounds. He has brown hair and freckles and was a wearing a black “Jordan” jacket with “Slip Knot” T-shirt.

If you know where he might be, you’re asked to call Bakersfield police at 327-7111.
