Bakersfield Police officers are on the lookout for the person that stole a truck in broad daylight in downtown Bakersfield.
On Tues. Feb. 5, in the 2600 block of F Street, a suspected car thief stole a two-door, gray GMC Sierra pick-up truck between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.
Police say the suspect drove away in a sports utility vehicle.
BPD described the SUV as a white 1998 Ford Explorer with rear tinted windows and a black roof rack, with a California license plate – 4EAN902.
Anyone with information on the suspect or the car, call BPD at 327-7111.
