A police report obtained by 17 News in the case of a school administrator accused of sexually abusing a minor, reveals some new details of what police say his accuser told them.
53-year-old Ector Pereida was arrested last month after a four-hour standoff. He pleaded not guilty to four felony counts.
Officers say Pereida picked the girl up on a Friday night and that the two drank beer in the car together while waiting two hours for the accuser’s mother who was at a bachelorette party. The report states Pereida later gave the girl more alcohol until she got sick.
Pereida was arrested the following Monday morning after a standoff.
He’s due back in court in late August.
