Bakersfield police said they have arrested a person suspected to have been photographed with a weapon outside a Seven Oaks home Wednesday.
Officers arrested 24-year-old William Kindred, of Bakersfield for an outstanding parole violation warrant.
Police said they determined that the weapon he was photographed with was a bb gun and did not intend to harm residents.
Officials said they will recommend a prowling charge to the Kern County DA’s Office.
