Police arrest 2 in connection to November killing in Southwest Bakersfield

Bakersfield police said they have arrested two people in connection to the shooting death of man in Southwest Bakersfield last November as they continue their pursuit of two others believed to be involved..

Police said they arrested 32-year-old Tinamarie Hawthorne on Wednesday and arrested a 17-year-old boy Thursday for their roles in the shooting and killing of 33-year-old Hardeep Singh. 

Police said Singh was found dead in the 8200 block of North Laurelglen Boulevard on Nov. 24, 2017.  

Hawthorne was booked at the Kern County Jail for murder, conspiracy and gang participation. The 17-year-old was booked into Juvenile Hall for murder conspiracy and gang participation.

Police also said they are looking for two other men and have warrants for their arrest.

Police are looking for 19-year-old Kenton McDaniel and 20-year-old Tymere Ross.

McDaniel is described as standing 6 feet tall and weighs 170 pounds.

Ross is described as standing 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 180 pounds.
