A 34-year-old man from Rosamond was killed by a hit-and-run driver Friday and CHP is asking for help finding the driver.
CHP said the man was hit and killed after being hit and killed on Sierra Highway just south of Hillcrest Avenue just after 8 p.m.
The Kern County Coroner’s Office will identify the man killed.
Officers say the driver responsible drove off and are now asking for any potential witnesses to come forward.
Anyone with information on the vehicle driven or anything else about the case is asked to call the Mojave CHP office at 823-5500.
