The Kaiser Permanente Sports Village celebrated several new features brought to the park.
Phase 3 of the project at the Sports Village was introduced Wednesday afternoon. The project introduced new features the original park didn’t have including a new entrance off Taft Highway, new picnic areas, playgrounds and walking trails.
A playground is fully accessible for people with disabilities.
One of the new picnic areas is for groups and organizations while the other five are for families
