Man who drowned in Kern River had meth and alcohol in his system, coroner says

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A Placentia man who drowned in the Kern River in July had methamphetamine and alcohol in his system, according to the coroner’s office.

Allan Aurelio Ramirez, 22, went missing in the river July 4. His body was recovered July 11.
