A suspect who eluded capture and launched a SWAT standoff this week, was in court Wednesday.
Trevon Foreman, 22, pleaded not guilty to six felony charges, including first-degree murder and participating in a street gang.
Back in March, police said Foreman and another man shot and killed a man and wounded two other in front of a home on East 10th Street.
Four months later, officers got a tip of Foreman’s location. The home was surrounded and SWAT was called in.
Eventually, family members and a neighbor were brought to safety. Foreman later came out of the was and was arrested.
He is due back in court next week.
