A man accused of molesting a child over a four-year period pleaded not guilty to charges.
Salvador Covarrubias entered his plea in a Bakersfield courtroom Tuesday afternoon.
Covarrubias is accused of repeatedly molesting a child for four years.
He was arrested late Friday night after police put out an alert for him.
Covarrubias’ bail was set at $200,000 and is due back in court in April.
