BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A long-term closure on the northbound Highway 99 on-ramp from eastbound White Lane begins tonight.
Caltrans has announced that the ramp will be reduced to one lane from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. each night through March 31.
