Kern Dance Alliance and Cal State University, Bakersfield dance team hosted a National Dance Day celebration Saturday.
The dance classes were taught by Kern County Dance educators.
Class levels varied from beginning to advanced, and ranged in dance styles.
Organizers said around 400 people participated in the event hosted by the CSUB Dance Team and KDA.
Classes included zumba, hip hope, swing dance and more.
