Summit on homelessness to be held by Income Property Association of Kern

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The Income Property Association of Kern will hold a summit Sept. 23 with landlords and homeless service providers discussing how to help end homelessness.

The association said this year’s event will explore the connection between homelessness and the housing crisis. Topics include landlord protection, rent guarantees and tenant support.
