BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A structure fire in Oildale Thursday is believed to have started in a mobile home and spread to surrounding buildings and trees, firefighters said.

The blaze was reported at about 11:50 a.m. in the 300 block of McCord Avenue and the 300 block of Roberts Lane, said Kern County Fire Engineer and spokesman Andrew Freeborn.

In all, a mobile home and two buildings were damaged. It was unclear Thursday if the buildings were abandoned and if anyone was displaced, Freeborn said.

No injures were reported.
