Bakersfield police are looking for a gunman who fired shots that hit several cars outside a local church.
Police were called to the 1000 block of H St. near St. Francis Church at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday for a report of a man firing shots from his car.
Officers found three vehicles with bullet holes and shattered windows.
One witness says two of the cars were in the church parking lot, the other was on the street when they were hit. Fortunately, no one was inside.
The shooter is a described as a man in his 50s, driving an older white Ford Explorer.
