Runaway boy missing since June located unharmed

Bakersfield Police say a 12-year-old boy missing since June 30 has been located.

Bryon Kemp was considered at-risk due to his age.

This morning Bakersfield Police announced Kemp was located unharmed and returned to the custody of his mother.
