BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The McMurtrey Aquatics Center is scheduled to be closed from Nov. 6 through Jan. 1, 2024, according to a post on the city of Bakersfield Facebook.
The closure is needed for maintenance and improvements involving improvements to concrete checking around the pool, according to city officials.
Additional shade structures will also be installed during the closure.
