BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Sheriff’s officials say a man died Friday in a windsurfing incident at Isabella Lake.
Details are scarce, but the incident was reported at 11:53 a.m. at Red’s Marina, officials said. The man’s name had not been released as of late Friday afternoon.
