BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A 19-year-old man died in a crash early Sunday on Panama Lane, according to the coroner’s office.
Hugo Miguel Marquez Ruiz died at the scene of the 12:32 a.m. crash on Panama Lane just east of Stine Road, officials said. Bakersfield police are investigating.
