Highland High students win first place in national FFA competition

Highland High School took first place at this year’s National Future Farmers of America Convention and Expo’s Hall of States competition. 

Highland High FFA students Emily Gonzalez, Brianna Hughes, Austin Helms and Hannah Ballard formed the team that won the competition, according to the school’s Facebook page.

The convention and expo was held earlier this week in Indianapolis, which brought together FFA students from across the country.
