BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The coroner’s office has identified a man found submerged earlier this month in the East Side Canal at Edison Highway and Fairfax Road.
The body of Rafael Angel Cervantes, 62, was found the afternoon of March 17, officials said. Cause and manner of death are pending further investigation.
