BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Friday, two officers with the California Highway Patrol were on their way back from training at the CHP Academy when they were flagged down by a woman claiming she heard cats in the engine compartment of her car.
Upon inspection, the officers found three kittens.
The woman was able to return the kittens back to their mother.
