Kern County coroner released the name of a man who they say died from heat exposure last month.
Rene Majano, 23 years old, was found unresponsive on Aug. 3 on Brundage Lane and V Street, according to Kern County coroner.
Majano was transported to Kern Medical where he was pronounced dead.
The coroner ruled his death as accidental hyperthermia, according to the release. According to our weather database, the high that day was 102 degrees and just two days before it was 106 degrees.
