The Women’s March movement is returning to Kern County this weekend for the second time.
Organizers say the event will focus on inspiring and empowering Californians to get to the polls, after the last election revealed voter turnout was at an all-time low in California.
It will also give participants the tools to use their voices to build government that reflects their ideals.
The march is scheduled for this Saturday, Jan. 20 at Central Park from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
