Kern County sheriff’s deputies search for armed carjacking suspect

The Kern County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a 36 year old man suspected in a carjacking at gunpoint on Friday morning.

The sheriff’s office says they are looking for Nicholas Aaron Stiles. Officials say Stiles was armed with a shotgun when he stole a truck and a motorcycle in the Freemont Valley area at around 10:15 a.m. No one was hurt.

The vehicles were eventually found in the Red Mountain area of San Bernardino County.

Stiles is described as standing 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighs 215 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
