Kern County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a homicide that occurred last week.
On Monday, Jan. 29 around 8 a.m., Kern County Sheriff’s Office received reports of a body discovered in orchards off Scofield and McCombs Avenues in Wasco.
The victim was identified as a 20-year-old man who died from several gunshot wounds, according to KCSO.
His name has not been released by officials.
