Sabrina Limon, still awaiting a sentencing, was back in court on Monday.
In court, Judge John Brownlee agreed to push back Limon’s sentencing to Feb. 21. Judge Brownlee will also rule on the motion for a new trial at the hearing.
Limon was convicted of killing her husband Robert in a Tehachapi Railyard in 2014 with her firefighter lover Jonathan Hearn.
In November, Hearn confessed to shooting Robert Limon and received a lesser conviction of manslaughter. He was sentenced to 25 years in prison.
Limon was originally scheduled to be sentenced on Feb. 16.
