17’s Jason Galvin is continuing our holiday recipe traditions with a fun and quick appetizer you can serve at your holiday party this year.
12 oz. Cream cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 tsp. each garlic powder and paprika
a pinch of salt and pepper
a oven racks worth of bacon, cooked and chopped
1/3 cup each chopped chives and chopped pecans
Mix cheese, cream cheese, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Form into small balls, about the size of a cocktail meatball. Chill for an hour.
Mix cooked, chopped bacon with chives and pecans.
Roll chilled balls in mixture, covering generously.
Place pretzel sticks in the center. Enjoy!
