Residents will be able to comment on high-speed rail plans in front of the Bakersfield Planning Commission Thursday evening.
The meeting takes place at 5:30 p.m. Jan. 18 at the city council chambers located at 1501 Truxtun Ave.
Currently, a plan is in place to build a high-speed rail station at F Street and Highway 204.
Comments can also be made on a draft environmental impact report.
