The High Speed Rail Authority is scheduled to hold a public hearing Tuesday afternoon.
The hearing will discuss a recently released draft of the Bakersfield Environmental Impact Report. The draft is focused on the portion between Shafter and Bakersfield.
The hearing is scheduled from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Bakersfield Marriott located at 801 Truxtun Ave.
