Governor Jerry Brown is set to deliver his final State of the State address Thursday morning in Sacramento.
Gov. Brown is expected to reflect on his four terms as governor while also partially addressing the future as he pushes to pass a $190.3 billion budget while adding billions to the state “rainy day fund.”
The governor is also expected to address affordable housing, the effect of climate change in California and the role the state has been playing against Trump Administration policies.
