Gas prices rise about 7 cents in Bakersfield over the past week

Drivers nationwide are now paying more at the pump.

The average price of a gallon of regular gas is up across the country, according to to Gas Buddy.

A gallon of regular gas now costs drivers about 7 cents more than it did a week ago.

In Bakersfield, Gas Buddy reports a gallon of regular gas costs $3.30. That price is less than the average in Los Angeles where it costs $3.37.

Across California, drivers are paying an average of $3.69 for a gallon of regular gas.
