Fitness Fridays: ‘No Excuses’ Workout

Today we are showing you a workout you can do anywhere, even if you’re on vacation, and it only takes 10-15 minutes.

Sid Awesome’s No Excuses Workout:

  • 15 jumping jacks
  • 10 squats
  • 15 crunches
  • 10 push-ups
  • 15 burpees.

Level 1- 3 rounds in 10 minutes.
Level 2- 5 rounds in 15 minutes.
Level 3- 10 rounds in 30 minutes.
