One of four men linked to a deadly stabbing outside the Fox Theater made his first court appearance Monday.
Joel Rodriguez was arrested Thursday on suspicion of murder, conspiracy and gang charges.
He is accused of stabbing 19-year-old Kasey Villegas to death during fight outside a Bone Thugs-n-Harmony concert.
Bakersfield police arrested two others — Efrain Ugues and Jesse Reyes.
The fourth man wanted — Heralcio Ugues — turned himself in to authorities last week and is due in court Tuesday.
All four of the men have been charged with murder.
