A favorite Bakersfield diner is back in business and continues providing delicious treats for the community and raising money for the Bakersfield Homeless Center.
Dustin’s Diner, located across the street from the Marketplace in Haggin Oaks, returns Friday, according to its Facebook page.
The diner opens every holiday season, offering hot chocolate, apple cider and cookies, to raise money for the homeless.
Dustin Fitzpatrick started the diner back in 1993. Since then, it has raised nearly $250,000 for the Bakersfield Homeless Center.
You can find Dustin’s Diner at 2301 Haggin Oaks Blvd. It is open at 6 p.m. nightly through December 23.
