Food Pantry Coordinator Kassandra Hernandez talks about the CSUB Food Pantry and why it’s important for students, staff or faculty at the CSUB campus.

Last September, the school opened a food pantry as a way to address food insecurity among the campus community. The fresh produce is made possible by donations from Haggin Oaks Farmers Market on Sundays.

The items available at the food pantry can be found at local grocery stores, with more health-conscience options.

If you want to donate, you can drop off items at the pantry during regular hours or the Student Union.
