One wounded in shooting at Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Park

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Police say one person was wounded Tuesday afternoon in a shooting at Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Park.

The victim suffered moderate to major injuries in the shooting reported at 12:47 p.m., police said.

An investigation is ongoing.
