Coroner: Man dies from multiple stab wounds, heroin intoxication

The Coroner has confirmed that a man found in Belle Terrace Park in Southwest Bakersfield died from multiple stab wounds, along with heroin intoxication and heart disease.

Bakersfield Police Department says 28-year-old Manpreet Singh Gill was discovered inside a bathroom on Feb. 20 just before 10 a.m.

Homicide investigators say it was apparent he was stabbed to death.

No arrests have been made in this case.
