Central Bakersfield barber shop catches fire twice Monday


Investigators continue to look into what caused a barber shop in Central Bakersfield to catch fire twice in one night.

Straight Razors at Oak and Bank streets was the scene of fires Sunday night.

Fire crews were called for a report that the building was engulfed in flames, but the fire was quickly under control.

It was the second time Sunday firefighters were at the building. Firefighters were called to the building just four hours earlier.

A burglary was reported there earlier. 

Arson investigators are looking into the incident which is being called suspicious.
