Ten-year-old Brayden Eidenshink continues his path on recovery after receiving a heart transplant last week.

Brayden’s journey is being documented on the Facebook page, Brayden’s Brave Heart.

Earlier this week, the page shared a photo of Brayden following his transplant surgery and listening to his new heart.

Brayden is also starting to eat and going through physical therapy, his mom, Brenda, said on the page.

A fundraiser lunch for Brayden and his family is also taking place Thursday, Oct. 18 between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. at Trinity Safety Company located at 7501 Meany Ave.

You can get a tri-tip lunch for $10. All proceeds go to the Eidenshink family.

You can follow Brayden’s Brave Heart on Facebook for updates.

A fundraiser raffle is scheduled for Nov. 3 at 2 p.m. at the Track House located at 3101 Gilmore Ave.
