A woman, who tried to take off with a child at a local spray, was sentenced this week.
Felicia Ascencio-Guillen, 22, grabbed a two-year-old boy at Martin Luther King, Jr. park, and attempted to walk away with him.
Court documents say the boy’s father caught up with them and had to physically wrestle his son out of her arms.
Reports say she cradled the toddler in her arms, and got about 15 feet before the boy’s father intervened.
Guillen was committed to a maximum term sentence of 3 years to a state hospital.
